As a regular contributor to Malta’s creative and innovation ecosystem, Zack is known for championing clarity, speed, and meaningful design—while encouraging others to embrace curiosity, experimentation, and self-growth.

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes businesses grow and what holds them back. Over the last 11 years, I’ve built two companies that live at the intersection of brand, performance, and people.

Growth Gurus, my first business, started as a small social media agency in Malta and grew into an award-winning team working with 400+ brands across B2B tech, SaaS, and hospitality. We help established companies modernise their branding, marketing, and digital systems so they can look and perform like the leaders they are.

10 years after starting Growth Gurus, I co-founded Motileo, born from a simple realisation that even great teams lose motivation. It’s a SaaS platform that turns performance into something people enjoy winning. By blending gamification, visibility, and recognition, we’ve seen teams lift KPIs by 180%, increase pipelines by 105%, and actually feel good while doing it.

What ties both together is what drives me: Building brands that inspire people to aim higher – whether that’s a business, a team or a culture. These days, I spend my time split between London and Malta, leading Growth Gurus’ strategy, growing Motileo, speaking at events, and sharing what I’ve learned from a decade of scaling.

Outside of business, I’m a dad, a lifelong learner, and a big believer in doing things properly with passion, energy, and integrity.
