Miguel is a banking and financial services professional with over a decade of experience, mainly spanning retail banking, wealth management, product development, strategic planning, financial and analytical modelling, and change management.

After graduating in Business Administration from Royal Holloway, University of London, his career has focused on shaping customer‑centric strategies and driving data‑informed transformation within financial services. He is passionate about corporate strategy, tech innovation, and building value propositions that enhance long‑term organisational performance and stakeholder value.

Patrick is a full time Financial Coach and keynote speaker with 20 years of financial experience. In 2023, he founded Finance For You, a growing community of 40,000 people focused on making financial knowledge practical and accessible. He delivers financial wellbeing programmes for organisations that have their employees’ financial futures at heart.

His public Money Management and Investing Masterclasses have been attended by over 500 people. Patrick is a CFA charter holder and CPA, and holds master’s degrees in financial Analysis and Accounting. He is a Lecturer at the University of Malta and various business schools at Master’s level.

David Aquilina has gained a wealth of experience in the Property and construction industry. Born in 1974 and graduated as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor from the University of Malta, David quickly focused his attention onto business development and the property industry.

He has successfully seen to the completion of many real estate development projects and is today an Executive Director of one of Belair Property, leading a dynamic team of specialized individuals and taking an active role in the day to day management of the company. David is also the managing director of a family owned property development and rental company in which he has been instrumental in growing over the past 25 years including opening various avenues of diversification among which was an investment in what has today become one of Malta’s leading fashion retail companies. This investment has now grown into a franchise operation with nine fashion retails stores each strategically located and representing three major fashion brands. David is also a non-executive director of a Malta based and listed property company which has clear vision to enhance its asset portfolio value and which strives to identify opportunities in key cities in Europe’s developing markets.

David is married with three children and is passionate about boating, which he does his best to enjoy when possible.
